1. No changes to the exterior appearance of the building are allowed. The responsibility for choosing the materials, colours and construction details shall only be borne by the architect and/or the decorator of the project.
2. Each piece of our structure consists of its own floor and roof (example on page 3).
3. Samples for melamine or embossed melamine may be found at an associate of our company.
4. All the above specifications relate only to the interior covered areas of the structure.
5. In case materials of a different value from the market value specified above are chosen by the purchaser, the resulting difference will be debited or credited, as the case may be, to the purchaser.
6. Our company does not undertake any responsibility for the quality of the materials supplied by the customer.
