The thermal insulation of the building shall be in accordance with the study made by an ETEK (Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber) engineer. It will be constructed as described in paragraph: – Exterior Walls, – Upper Floor/Building Roof – Ground floor Ceiling Slab.
Based on the above a Class “A” Certificate of Energy Efficiency for the above residence has been obtained (which is attached as Schedule D).
